Does Yo!Kart provide an option to give product reviews and rating by the customers?

Answer

Yes, buyers can review and rate purchased products. Product review and rating is possible once the product has been marked “delivered”.

To give product review and rating:

  1. Log in and go to Buyer dashboard
  2. Click on “Orders” in the menu
  3. Filter out Completed orders
  4. Click on “Feedback” icon to open order feedback form

  5. Fill the details given on Order Feedback page

  6. Click on Send Review
