Currently, when the customer makes a payment for the purchase, it goes directly to the Portal’s Business Account. After the order is delivered and marked completed the vendor’s wallet is automatically credited for the amount payable to them(after deducting the Portal Fee).

Vendors can submit a request to withdraw their wallet balance.

Admin process the payments to Vendors off the site and marks the Withdrawal Requests Completed. Consequently – the Vendors wallet is debited with the withdrawal request amount.
