In Yo!Kart Marketplace Solution, the product shipping can be managed by both the seller or the website admin.

Yo!Kart multi-vendor ecommerce system comes with in-build ShipStation API integration.
Integrating any other shipping API is also possible, however it will require custom development work @ USD 750.
