To accept online payments you need to sign up for a payment gateway/merchant account with PayPal or Authorize.net (and other payment methods present) whichever works in your country. When buyer makes the payment it is processed via the payment gateway you have signed up with and money is transferred to your merchant account. From Merchant Account or PayPal Account – the money is transferred to your bank account (as per the terms/policies of your merchant account/PayPal).

FATbit(YoKart) does not get any commission or fee out of the payments being made by the End Customers buying stuff on your website.
