What about the Dispute option, and languages spoken by the seller?

Answer

Dispute option is available in case of Refunds requested by the buyer. In case the seller is not ready to process the refund request on a particular order, it can be escalated to Yo!kart admin. Spoken languages specific selection is not a part of Yo!kart as of now.
