What is GoQuick Package Delivery Process?

Your time and money is valuable to us so we try to make the delivery process speedy and hassle-free. We will take care of every detail at each step of delivery, be it communicating with you or the installation of script so you never find yourself in a tight spot. Read further how we make it that simple:
Step 1 – ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Sales team sends out “Order Acknowledgement” email within 2-12 hours after the order is placed provided it is not a holiday or weekend. On weekends/holidays, order acknowledgement email turn around time can be 24-48 hours. In addition, sales team gets in touch with the client and gathers necessary information, which is imperative in order to proceed with the product setup/delivery process.
Step 2 – INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM CLIENT SIDE
We are a process driven organization and we use project management system – BIZixx for managing projects and keeping clients updated with the project progress. We need the following information from clients to setup their account in Project Management System and for setting up the scripts on their server.
- Client Info
- Company Name if any
- Contact Name
- Contact Email ID – Where client wishes to receive notifications from FATbit
- Phone Number
- Domain Name where you want to set up the system
- cPanel Information
- Server configuration should match as per the requirements shared for the product purchased.
- Generally, we recommend this server configuration.
Step 3 – CLIENT ACCOUNT CREATION INTO PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our team creates client’s account in project management system where client can track the work progress easily. PMS comes with the mobile application – both for iOS and Android that clients can use for communication on the go.
PMS system login credentials and PMS User Guide are sent to client via email within 2-12 hours on receiving the required details for PMS account creation.
Step 4 – COMMUNICATION VIA PMS SYSTEM
Project is created in the Project Management System and all the information gathered is posted and shared with the project team for project execution and product delivery. A dedicated business-analyst/project-coordinator is assigned for each project to keep the client updated with project progress. He/she verifies the requirements/information received and requests the client for further inputs whenever required to complete the product execution/delivery process.
Step 5 – INSTALLATION
Our team follows following steps for installation of scripts on client’s server:
- Server Configuration Verification – If it does not match with our shared requirements, the client is updated about it. Please read the following two FAQs for more information on it:
- Scripts Installation: After the server configuration is matched with the required configuration, our team sets up the scripts and shares the required information and login credentials with client.
It takes 12-24 hours for setting the system provided server meets system’s specifications.
Step 6 – USER MANUALS AND DOCUMENTS
The following information is shared with clients after the product installation:
- Portal/Website Admin Login Credentials
- User manuals
- Framework/Library documentation (If applicable)
Step 7 – AFTER SALES SUPPORT
FATbit team will provide the after sales support as per the package purchased and the terms applicable. We recommend clients to communicate via PMS system or Skype for keeping proper record of the communication history and project progress tracking.
Note: Client can perform any type of script level or database modification by referring the shared library documentation with any proficient developer but in this case, our 1 year free technical support will be voided and as a result, our team will not be able to assist in resolving any bugs/issues arising due to such modifications.
